A prayer for you too!
Congratulations!!! The Lord Jesus Himself says there is great joy in heaven now to celebrate the best choice of your life! [1]. Also, the Bible says that with this choice, you have been adopted as God’s child[2]! Isn’t that just awesome?
You may know that as you made your choice, another Christian will now start praying for you! Pray for strength yourself too, ask God to help and guide you in the rest of your life. Prayer is so powerful and important [3], and God hears every prayer!
We will pray for you: may God strengthen your faith and help you to grow closer to Him! May God bless you with a deep and sincere faith, trusting Him no matter what the circumstances are: in joyful and in hard times. God bless you in your life!
The good news is that the prayer to make a choice for the Lord Jesus, is only the first step of a exciting new life. The best is still to come! Let’s read more about that…

“I say to you that likewise there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine persons who need no repentance.” (Luke 15:7)
“Likewise, I say to you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.” (Luke 15:10)

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved. In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace… (Ephesians 1:3-7)
Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! Therefore the world does not know us, because it did not know Him. (1 John 3:1)
For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.” The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together. (Romans 8:14-17)
… that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, (Philippians 2:15)
And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out, “Abba, Father!” (Galatians 4:6)

The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much (James 5:16b).
